1.Fish bone separator machine is suitable for separator fish meat from fish bone and fish skin ,also proper for crabs and shrimps.
2.Before picking fish meat, fresh fish must be removed its heads and viscera. Big fish need to be divided into sections, and small fish can be grind directly.
3.Separate fish meat and fish bones by the principle of extrusion, which can separate fish meat from fish bones, fish skin, and fish tendons in the fish body, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the utilization of raw materials, saving labor costs, and improving economic value.
4.The fish meat produced by the fish meat separator can be used as food materials such as fish balls, fish paste, fish sauce, fish cakes, and fish dumplings and so on.
Remarks:
1. The smaller gap between the belt and drum, the cleaner the meat picking.
2. The fish meat separator cannot directly for frozen fish and must be unfreeze.
