Structural characteristics of liquid nitrogen quick freezer
1、 Insulation material for liquid nitrogen cabinet:
The warehouse board adopts flame retardant polyurethane sandwich double-sided stainless steel plate, and the stainless steel panel is made of 2.0mm food grade SUS304 material. The thickness of the warehouse board is 150mm, and the self extinguishing ultra-low temperature polyurethane foam density is 50 kg/m3.
2、 Liquid nitrogen cabinet body:
The storage body is produced, manufactured, installed, and accepted in accordance with the standards of "Indoor Assembled Cold Storage" (ZBX99003-86) and "Insulated Sandwich Panels for Combined Cold Storage" JB/T6527-2006. The library board adopts double-sided stainless steel self-extinguishing flame-retardant polyurethane sandwich insulation board, and the panel adopts SUS304 stainless steel plate.
The insulation material inside the board is made of self-extinguishing flame-retardant hard polyurethane, which meets the following indicators:
a) Unit weight requirement 42-53kg/m ³ (Non average bulk density of the entire board, which is the bulk density for random block cutting and sampling);
b) Thermal conductivity ≤ 0.024w/m.k;
c) Compressive strength requirements: The wall panel and top plate should be 150-210kpa, and the ground should be ≥ 310kpa;
d) Water absorption ≤ 4%; Dimensional stability<1% (-30 ℃, 48h); Self extinguishing ≤ 7 seconds.
The bonding between stainless steel plate and polyurethane should be firm, and the bonding force between the two should be greater than 98.2N/cm2.
The bracket frame structure, air duct plate, guide rail, casters, material tray and other components of the quick freezer are all made of SUS304 stainless steel.
3、 Liquid nitrogen circulation system:
Due to the ultra-low temperature operation in the quick freezing box, the circulating fan motor is designed outside the box, and the motor adopts a long shaft design. The anti rust aluminum axial flow fan blades are designed inside the box, and the motor shell is hot-coated with zinc, which is efficient, energy-saving, low noise, and stable operation.
The wind speed is controlled by frequency conversion, and different wind speeds are selected based on the type of frozen product.
4、 Liquid nitrogen evaporation system:
The evaporator is designed as a multi-point atomization evaporation system with an evaporation temperature of -196 degrees.
The evaporator material is made of 304 stainless steel pipe, with smooth airflow.
The control flow valve is imported from Germany (or low-temperature pneumatic ball valve).
5、 Electric control of liquid nitrogen cabinet:
All motors and external electrical components of the distribution cabinet shall have a protection level not less than IP55, and Y2 waterproof and moisture-proof motors shall be used.
The appearance and structure of the stainless steel electric control cabinet are beautiful and firm, and the door opening angle is ≥ 90 °. The components are arranged neatly and installed firmly and correctly. Insulation resistance ≥ 2M Ω, 3-phase 5-wire system withstand voltage AC380V/50Hz. Display the temperature and transmission frequency inside the machine, start and stop the fan, set variable frequency speed regulation, operation start and stop buttons, and emergency stop buttons.
Electrical materials: The main control electrical components mainly adopt Sino foreign joint venture brands.
